Somebody read my mind

I’m sure it’s not unusual to dream of having a house with secret passages in it.  I know that I had that dream all the time when I was a little girl.  Apparently there are other people who did as well.

Now some of them actually live in them.

Some of you may remember that Geoff and I have, well, a slight book problem.  Hence the title of this blog.  A while back we wrote about how we wanted to be featured in this website.  Well, I just stumbled across this link and I have a whole new set of things to drool over.

Behold:

The definition of a book nook.
I know so many people who’d want a nook like this, Geoff included. They’d hide in there for hours and just read.

This one is more my style.  You know, when my long lost, 12 times removed, penniless, eccentric, heir to some vast fortune uncle leaves me  his mansion on the moors that is loaded with cobwebs, dust, buried treasure, and ghosts.   You know, then.

I don’t know where this is but I want to live there.

A lot of these come from this tumblr feed, but I recommend you check out the article linked above.  Till then, I’ll let you know when I hear from that long lost uncle on the moors.
