As some of you may have noticed, New England has had some snow lately. Notably last weekend and this most recent one. This has had some impacts on things like travel, collapsing houses, high tides, massive powers outages, etc.
On a less massive scale, it also caused the cancellation or postponement of all sorts of events. Among them were concerts that my friends and I were supposed to perform in. Ah, winter.
The good news is that some of them have already been rescheduled. The Meravelha concert that was snowed out on Feb. 9th has been rescheduled for Feb 23rd. Same location, and a bonus upgrade for those of you holding reserved tickets. Details are:
We have rescheduled our performance that was cancelled on February 9th.
The Fourth Doctor Saturday February 23rd, 8PM Parish of the Messiah 1900 Commonwealth Ave, Auburndale, MA General/$15 Priority Seating/$20If you had reserved tickets for the February 9th concert, we will honor those reseverations on the 23rd. If you would like to reserve tickets, contact us and receive a complimentary upgrade to Priority seating.
We hope to see you there!
The storms managed to clobber BOTH Seraphim Singers concerts that were scheduled for Feb 10th in Cambridge and Feb 17th in Cohassett were both stopped by snow. They were both performances of a Russian Program that was challenging but a lot of fun to rehearse. We’re in the process of rescheduling them now and hope to have a March date for a performance sometime soon.
Stay tuned, we’ll see what else the winter of 2013 brings.
