Today is rainy and overcast, but the last few days have been lovely. As much as you all know how I do love the winter, I do actually like spring. Even if it does inevitably lead to summer, spring has some really great flowers.
I’ve been taking pictures here and there for the last week or so as I’ve come across pretty flowers. They’re from various parts of the city. Enjoy.
This is what our street looks like as spring arrives. Not bad.
I took these at the dog park in front of the library the other day. I’m not sure Thumbelina and Rerun were as impressed with the view as I was. Spring for them is all about the smells.

Violets! Such pretty flowers, I just wish they were bigger. And lived longer.
