Hi folks,

My friends and I are performing in some lovely concerts leading up to Christmas and we’ve also got an assortment of services on Christmas and Christmas Eve for those of you in the greater Boston area who might be looking for a particular service to suit your needs.

First, my friend Teri is singing with Capella Clausura in GLORIA!

Dear all –

For our fifth year, Creationdance and Cappella Clausura team up to bring you one of the most unique celebrations of the Christmas story ever, as told by women composers who lived in a time when women didn’t compose music;  women for whom Mary was the only icon, the only role model.

Join us as we sing the joyful praises of this young girl who, through a questionable pregnancy, became that role model and the primary intercessor for all.  We’ll sing you the whole story, from the birth of Mary, the birth of her son, and the visit of the Magi, all as danced by Creationdance and their giant puppets.

Hear, again, the glorious sound of Clausura’s soprano and altos singing Hildegard, Cozzolani, Cesis, Aleotti, Leonarda, Van Ness, and more delightful Florentine Laude – sing along with us for the final lauda, and then join in on a few favorite carols – new this year!

Hope to see you at one of our performances –

the very best of the season to you all!
Warmly,
Amy LeClair
